Fully automatic options include auto core loading and finished roll offload at high speed requiring less hands on attention. Multi slitting options offers further flexibility to the customer on the final product.

High speed index cycle has enabled the Alpha stretch line to accommodate in-line winding system for 3” cores (75 mm) in speed of 500 m/min, thanks to state-of-art Alpha turret winder.

Further, this will help customer to bypass the off-line process of rewinding of jumbo-roll into hand-roll cores for manual usage. This can effectively decrease the number of operators required, save secondary process cost and easier quality control.
