Alpha Marathon offers a range of high-performance air rings designed to deliver optimal air flow, enhancing cooling efficiency and stabilizing the bubble during film production. Our air rings are available in three configurations to suit various applications:

1 -	Single Lip Air Ring ;
2 -	Dual Lip Air Ring
3 -	Tripple Lip Elevated Air Ring

APPLICATION:

Single Lip Air Rings are ideal for high stalk bubbles (typically HMW-HDPE films), small Blow-Up Ratios (BUR) bubbles, or water-quenched blown film lines.

Dual Lip Air Rings are versatile and perfect for low stalk bubbles (such as LDPE/LLDPE films), including barrier and non-barrier blown films.

Tripple Lip Air Rings are designed for very high output blown film lines. They equipped with an elevating mechanism to adjust the air ring hight above the die. The tripple lip air rings used in conjunction with an IBC system.

The air rings can be equipped with an Automatic Profile Control (APC) system based on an air flow adjustment method.

All air rings are equipped with a plenum that ensures uniform air distribution around the ring. Available with either multiple inlets or a single entry, the plenum can accommodate various air ring sizes and configurations.

The multiple inlets plenum requires an air manifold that can be located either under the die cart or independently.

The plenums may accommodate different air ring sizes.
