The show was inaugurated on Tuesday 17, with the participation of authorities and business delegates.

The interventions focused on the unfair persecution of the plastics industry, with prohibitions and restrictions. Also the need to strengthen the circular economy, the necessity for governments to take their part in the recycling effort, providing citizens and businesses with a waste collection system, with separation in origin and destination, to facilitate recycling.

Isaac Rojas, on behalf of Alpha Marathon, presented the technical conference: "Blown film manufacturing process: Water cooling vs air cooling". The conference was crowded and there was much interest in it. This is not a known process in Ecuador.

Alpha Marathon stand was visited by authorities and customers.
